Principal GenAI Platform Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on building the infrastructure that connects AI systems with existing products, the full-time Principal GenAI Platform Engineer will design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure for GenAI solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure layer supporting GenAI products, including model gateways and vector databases
• Implement secure access controls and authentication mechanisms for AI platform components
• Develop observability, monitoring, and logging solutions for GenAI workloads and infrastructure

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience building and maintaining AI platform infrastructure, Kubernetes, and container security
• Demonstrated expertise in observability and monitoring frameworks, focusing on real-time performance
• Experience with AI infrastructure components such as vector databases and prompt/versioning stores
