Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Genesys Cloud Professional Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders on Genesys Cloud solutions
• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions, including workshops, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
• Analyze business and technical challenges to define scalable solution architectures and optimize Genesys Cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing complex contact center environments
• Experience in designing and implementing Genesys Cloud solutions in enterprise settings
• Proven expertise in building routing strategies and IVR workflows using Genesys Architect
• Experience with CRM integration in the Genesys Cloud environment
• Solid understanding of infrastructure planning and solution design for high availability and performance
