Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Gifts Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Associate Vice President in engaging top donors and developing familiarity with their portfolios
  • Compose and proofread donor communications, ensuring high standards and alignment with organizational priorities
  • Manage donor database information, produce fundraising reports, and conduct research on donors and prospects
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in fundraising; Bachelor's degree can substitute for up to two years of experience
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with fundraising databases preferred
