Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Gifts Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the engagement of top donors and assist in developing familiarity with donor portfolios and work plans
  • Compose, edit, and proofread donor communications, ensuring high-quality content that reflects organizational priorities
  • Manage donor database information, prepare reports, and conduct research on donors and giving trends
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in fundraising, nonprofit, or academic settings; Bachelor's degree can substitute for up to two years of experience
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with fundraising or relational databases preferred
  • Commitment to learning about major gifts fundraising and aligning with organizational values
