Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Gifts Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the engagement of top donors and assist in developing familiarity with donor portfolios and work plans
- Compose, edit, and proofread donor communications, ensuring high-quality content that reflects organizational priorities
- Manage donor database information, prepare reports, and conduct research on donors and giving trends
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in fundraising, nonprofit, or academic settings; Bachelor's degree can substitute for up to two years of experience
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with fundraising or relational databases preferred
- Commitment to learning about major gifts fundraising and aligning with organizational values
