Principal GIS Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal GIS Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of GIS solutions for Electric Utilities across various technology platforms
• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Oversee the use of ESRI ArcGIS technologies and ensure alignment with utility management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology and ESRI ArcGIS Technologies
• Strong knowledge of GIS, Esri solutions, and development experience
• Experience with utility management systems such as ADMS, OMS, and SCADA
• Familiarity with ETL processes and LiDAR data processing
