Job Summary
To provide technical leadership in architecting and developing advanced test solutions for CRPA antennas and GNSS receivers, the full-time remote Principal GNSS/PNT Systems Engineer will define system-level test strategies and lead complex RF/signal simulation architectures while ensuring high performance and resiliency in evolving operational environments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for end-to-end test architecture development supporting qualification of CRPAs and GNSS receivers
- Develop complex scenario models for dynamic environments, threat scenarios, and mission-representative conditions
- Lead major lab and field test campaigns, setting technical objectives and guiding root-cause analyses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in GNSS/PNT system engineering and RF test development
- Demonstrated technical leadership in CRPA systems and phased-array testing
- Deep expertise with GNSS and non-GNSS signals, including next-generation LEO/MEO PNT concepts
- Proficiency in C++ for simulation tooling and systems integration
