Job Summary

Driving innovative growth strategies, the full-time remote Principal Growth Marketer will design and execute programs to acquire new customers, utilizing a holistic approach that incorporates market analysis and customer insights to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic growth programs to generate qualified pipeline using an integrated marketing approach
  • Innovate and experiment with data-driven methods to test, measure, and optimize campaign performance
  • Establish KPIs and reporting templates to track program success and provide updates on key metrics to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales pipeline and revenue through effective marketing strategies
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, pod-like team structure with various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics and Qlik
  • Proven success in designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to improve sales cycles
