Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Growth Partner Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and develop 10-20 new upmarket partners within their first year in the Solutions Partner Program
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders to build trust and facilitate relationships between HubSpot and partner executives
- Create joint business plans and advise on Go-To-Market, sales, and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in channel or partner development, business development, or alliance management
- 3+ years of experience working with technology platforms and solutions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS and technology consulting firm go-to-market models
- Proficiency in program and project management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and work autonomously
