Job Summary
Owning the on-site conversion funnel end-to-end, the full-time remote Principal Growth Product Manager will manage the Growth team backlog, drive A/B testing initiatives, and translate pricing strategies into measurable outcomes to enhance visitor-to-purchase conversion rates and revenue per visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the conversion funnel including package selection, checkout, and post-checkout processes
- Develop and oversee a robust A/B testing program to improve conversion metrics
- Create and maintain a pricing activation playbook for effective research and rollout of on-site SKUs and bundles
Required qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical power and funnel data interpretation
- Fluency in marketing systems and understanding of paid traffic behavior in conversion funnels
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) with tools like StatSig or Optimizely
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across various teams including engineering and marketing
- Experience in building or managing experimentation programs in complex environments
