Principal Hardware Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Principal Hardware Engineer, the full-time position will focus on system and board-level design of RF subcircuits for Wi-Fi access points, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing design validation processes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and bring up Wi-Fi AP products and accessories
• Debug, validate, and evaluate new hardware solutions and outsourced project designs
• Generate necessary documentation for design processes, including test plans and compliance testing support

Required qualifications:

• BSEE with 5+ years of experience in high-speed digital hardware design
• Proficient in hardware design aspects including schematics capture and PCB layout
• Experience with common interfaces such as PCIe, DDR4, and USB
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity for high-speed designs
• Familiarity with design for compliance testing and lab equipment usage
