Principal Healthcare Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the growth of healthcare insights, the full-time Principal Healthcare Data Analyst will empower clients through strategic onboarding, consult on complex analytical queries, and develop scalable solutions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase for high-value clients to ensure understanding of Komodo's data differentiation
• Consult on complex analytical queries to provide accurate results for customers
• Synthesize technical challenges from customers and advocate for product enhancements with internal teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in data analytics or management consulting within the healthcare space
• Previous experience working with claims-based or similar datasets
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and translate their needs into actionable insights
• Demonstrated capability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
