Job Summary
Leading collaborations with business teams, the full-time remote Principal Healthcare Data Analyst will leverage data to optimize business decisions and outcomes through analysis, modeling, and effective communication of insights using visualizations and dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with business leaders to clarify needs and define requirements for strategic data use
- Perform data exploration and statistical analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop forecasts and dashboards to support business performance monitoring and decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, including querying and analyzing operational or financial data
- Proficiency in SQL for building complex data queries and designing data workflows
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and data science techniques, including programming in Python or R
