Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, HR & Finance Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new integrations and maintain existing ones using Workday tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while serving as a subject matter expert on high-impact projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in Workday-related projects involving integrations with third-party systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Workday Integrations experience for Finance, Payroll, and Benefits
• Strong experience building custom integrations with third-party systems in HR and Finance domains
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Proven track record in advanced Workday reporting and developing Payroll PECI integrations
• Deep knowledge of Workday's integration technology stack in at least two HR or Finance areas
