Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP experience, with at least 3+ years supporting Engineering or Product organizations
• Proven track record as a strategic advisor to executive leadership
• Ability to interpret complex people metrics and identify actionable trends
• Strong relationship-building skills with technical stakeholders
• Capability to analyze root causes and evaluate risks/benefits for impactful outcomes
