Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Strong understanding of business performance enhancement through People Strategies
- Experience in analyzing employee data to provide actionable insights
- Proven track record in building and deploying impactful People Programs
- Ability to align cross-functional HR initiatives effectively
