Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, with at least 8 years in a strategic HRBP role
• Deep understanding of organizational design and its alignment with business objectives
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and inform people strategies
• Proven adaptability and agility in navigating organizational change
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership
