Job Summary

Principal HR Business Partner, responsible for shaping and executing a global people strategy in a full-time role, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and advise on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Lead global talent reviews and succession planning efforts, driving development and retention strategies
  • Manage performance processes and coach leaders on accountability and team effectiveness across multiple regions
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations across regions
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
