Job Summary

Principal HR Business Partner, is a full-time position responsible for shaping and executing global people strategies, partnering with senior leaders, and driving organizational effectiveness across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align people strategy with business objectives and advise on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Lead global talent reviews and drive development, retention, and mobility strategies
  • Drive performance management processes and coach leaders on team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations across regions
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
