Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Principal HR Business Partner, the full-time position will operate with a global scope, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while advising on organizational design and talent management across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and advise on organizational design
  • Lead global talent reviews and succession planning, driving development and retention strategies
  • Manage performance processes and analyze engagement data to reinforce a high-performance culture
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations across regions
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
