Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and collaborative Principal HR Business Partner, the full-time position will operate with a global scope, partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives while advising on organizational design and talent management across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives and advise on organizational design
- Lead global talent reviews and succession planning, driving development and retention strategies
- Manage performance processes and analyze engagement data to reinforce a high-performance culture
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner
- Proven experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and employee relations across regions
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
