Job Summary

Partnering with senior Sales & Marketing leaders, the full-time remote Principal HR Business Partner will support the Go to Market (GTM) organization in the Americas by translating business strategies into actionable people plans, diagnosing organizational health, and coaching leaders to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate GTM strategy into a clear people plan by partnering with senior leaders
  • Diagnose organizational health and propose data-driven interventions for GTM teams
  • Coach leaders on performance management and team effectiveness, focusing on top talent retention
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a GTM or customer-facing organization
  • Strong grounding in organizational design, performance management, and change management
  • Experience with sales compensation and quota-carrying roles
  • Proficiency in using data to influence decisions and diagnose HR issues
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
