Job Summary
Focusing on the core Sales organization, the full-time salaried Principal HR Business Partner will drive cross-functional talent strategies, provide executive coaching, and lead organizational health initiatives while operating in a high-growth, matrixed environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with GTM VPs to align talent strategies with business goals
- Provide executive coaching and feedback to senior leadership on team effectiveness
- Lead the transformation of the global Sales organization, standardizing hiring and performance processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HRBP experience in high-pressure Sales and Marketing environments
- Deep understanding of sales mechanics and performance metrics
- Proactive interest in utilizing AI for process improvement
- Ability to analyze data to identify gaps and drive solutions
- Proven success in leading significant organizational initiatives
