Job Summary

To support a high-growth environment, the remote Principal HR Business Partner will manage cross-functional talent strategies for the Sales organization, provide executive coaching, and lead organizational health initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with GTM VPs to align talent strategies with business goals
  • Provide executive coaching and feedback to senior leadership on team effectiveness
  • Lead the transformation of the Sales organization by standardizing hiring and performance processes
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of HRBP experience in high-pressure Sales and Marketing environments
  • Strong understanding of sales mechanics and performance metrics
  • Proactive mindset towards adopting AI for process improvement
  • Ability to analyze data to identify gaps and drive solutions
  • Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives
