Job Summary
To support a high-growth environment, the remote Principal HR Business Partner will manage cross-functional talent strategies for the Sales organization, provide executive coaching, and lead organizational health initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with GTM VPs to align talent strategies with business goals
- Provide executive coaching and feedback to senior leadership on team effectiveness
- Lead the transformation of the Sales organization by standardizing hiring and performance processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HRBP experience in high-pressure Sales and Marketing environments
- Strong understanding of sales mechanics and performance metrics
- Proactive mindset towards adopting AI for process improvement
- Ability to analyze data to identify gaps and drive solutions
- Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives
