Job Summary

Serving as a strategic HR partner for the R&D organization, the full-time remote Principal HR Business Partner will manage organizational design initiatives, influence senior leaders, and drive performance calibration processes within a 2,000+ person community.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with R&D senior leaders to design and evolve organizational structures, ensuring clarity during reorgs
  • Lead end-to-end org design initiatives, from diagnosing issues to implementing solutions
  • Drive performance calibration across teams, fostering a culture of clear expectations and feedback
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with at least 5 years in engineering, product, or design
  • Proven expertise in leading organizational design and restructuring initiatives
  • Experience influencing and coaching VP- and SVP-level leaders
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using employee data and engagement metrics
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust in a diverse workforce
