Job Summary
To support the G&A, GTM, and Clinical organizations during a period of rapid growth, the remote contract Principal HR Business Partner will strategically partner with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy, enhance leadership effectiveness, and drive talent development.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary partner to C-suite and executive leaders, shaping organizational strategy and team structure
- Facilitate the evolution of the G&A, GTM, and Clinical organizations through hiring and leadership development
- Coach senior leaders on performance management and support them during organizational changes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience with expertise in HR business partnering
- Experience supporting G&A, GTM, or Clinical/Healthcare organizations
- Strong business acumen with the ability to operate as a strategic partner
- Experience in high-growth technology or health-tech companies
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive thoughtful decision-making
