Job Summary
Serving as a strategic HR partner for G&A functions, the full-time remote Principal HR Business Partner will manage organizational design initiatives, influence senior leaders, and drive performance calibration processes while navigating complex people strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to design and evolve organizational structures, providing guidance during reorganization efforts
- Lead end-to-end organizational design initiatives, from diagnosing issues to implementing change communications
- Drive consistent performance calibrations across various teams, ensuring fair outcomes and building leadership capabilities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience with a focus on organizational design
- Proven ability to influence and coach VP and SVP level leaders
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and recommendations
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust across diverse teams
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment, supporting globally distributed teams
