Job Summary
Serving as a strategic HR partner for G&A functions, the full-time remote Principal HR Business Partner will manage organizational design, influence senior leaders, and drive performance calibration initiatives while navigating complex people strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to design and evolve organizational structures during reorgs and structural changes
- Lead end-to-end org design initiatives, from diagnosing issues to implementing changes and communicating with stakeholders
- Drive performance calibration processes across various teams, ensuring fair outcomes and building leadership capabilities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience with a focus on organizational design
- Proven ability to influence and partner with VP and SVP level leaders
- Strong analytical skills and experience using AI tools with employee data and engagement metrics
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across a diverse workforce
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment, supporting globally distributed teams
