Principal HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Partnering with senior Sales & Marketing leaders, the remote Principal HR Business Partner will support the Go to Market (GTM) organization in the Americas by translating business strategies into people plans, diagnosing organizational health, and coaching leaders to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate GTM strategy into actionable people plans for the Americas organization
- Diagnose organizational health and propose data-driven interventions for GTM teams
- Coach leaders on culture, change management, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a customer-facing organization
- Strong grounding in organizational design, performance management, and employee relations
- Experience with sales compensation and quota carrying populations
- Proficiency in using data to diagnose issues and influence decisions
- Familiarity with modern HR and GTM tech stacks
