Principal HR Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for complex employee relations matters
• Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies
• Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and maintain HR metrics for data integrity and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level across multiple states
• 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
• Advanced experience in one of the following areas: labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
