Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant who will serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert in complex employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultation and expertise on employee relations and compliance matters
- Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and promote best practices in employee relations
- Mentor Caregiver Relations consultants and maintain HR metrics for data integrity and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in one of the following specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
