Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time remote Principal HR Consultant will manage complex employee relations matters, assess compliance and policy concerns, and provide expert recommendations for resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on employee relations issues
- Identify and assess situations for compliance and policy concerns
- Make recommendations for resolution of complex employee relations matters
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at the exempt level in a multi-state/location service line
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation
