Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time remote Principal HR Consultant will provide expert guidance to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and policy adherence while recommending resolutions.
Key responsibilities
- Consult on complex employee relations issues and assess compliance and policy concerns
- Provide strategic recommendations for resolution in collaboration with HR leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert in labor relations, ADAAA, and related areas
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state environment
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced expertise in labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
