Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time Principal HR Consultant will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and policy adherence while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on complex employee relations matters
- Identify and assess compliance and policy concerns, making recommendations for resolution
- Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in one or more specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
