Principal HR Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert, the full-time remote Principal HR Consultant will manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and policy adherence while providing expert recommendations for resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on complex employee relations issues
• Assess situations for compliance and policy concerns, providing expert recommendations for resolution
• Identify and address employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA matters effectively

Required qualifications

• 8 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at an exempt level in multi-state/location environments
• 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
• Advanced experience in labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation
