Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant, the full-time remote Principal HR Consultant - Oregon Licensed will manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and policy adherence while providing expert recommendations for resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants on complex employee relations issues
- Identify and assess compliance and policy concerns within employee relations
- Provide expert recommendations for resolving complex employee relations matters
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in multi-state environments
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in one of the following specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, or mediation
