Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal HR Program Manager to drive the design, optimization, and execution of core HR programs and systems across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale core HR operational programs, ensuring efficiency and standardization for a global organization
  • Lead the design and optimization of HR workflows within ServiceNow to enhance employee and manager experiences
  • Act as the central program lead across HR verticals and manage dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in HR Program Management, HR Operations, HRIS, or Total Rewards in high-growth or SaaS environments
  • Strong experience with HR systems and process optimization, particularly with ServiceNow and Workday
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows, data structures, and system integrations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
