Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical solutions for the Workday platform and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Lead workstreams for single module deployments in Workday HCM
Lead an RFP process for HRIS solutions

Required Qualifications:

6 years of experience in Human Capital Management systems support
4 years of Workday HCM configuration and business process experience
2 years of Workday Configurable Security and Custom Report Design and Development
Experience as a workstream lead on HCM implementations or optimization engagements
Experience with Excel and Data Visualization tools
