Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize the value of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform by serving as a subject matter expert
Design, implement, and optimize HCM solutions in collaboration with HR and business leaders
Provide leadership and mentorship within the HRIS team, establishing best practices and governance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of HR technology experience
7+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration experience
Experience with Oracle HCM system administrations and/or other Cloud applications
Ability to develop and administer documentation related to projects and implementation procedures preferred
