Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS operations and optimize Workday functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules including Benefits, HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
  • Act as a subject matter expert and design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support ongoing system upgrades and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience
  • At least 2 full implementation configurations of Workday Benefits
  • Experience managing Benefits integrations with third-party vendors
  • 3 to 5 years in an HRIS role with hands-on Benefits configuration using Workday
