Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst to manage HRIS operations and optimize Workday functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including Benefits, HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting
- Act as a subject matter expert and design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support ongoing system upgrades and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience
- At least 2 full implementation configurations of Workday Benefits
- Experience managing Benefits integrations with third-party vendors
- 3 to 5 years in an HRIS role with hands-on Benefits configuration using Workday
