Job Summary
Driving solutions in HR technology, the full-time Principal HRIS Analyst will configure Workday, manage system changes, and collaborate with HR leaders to enhance processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, test, implement, and administer the Workday HRIS and other HR technologies
- Maintain change management documentation for audit controls and compliance practices
- Lead and manage assigned projects, including planning, design, testing, and release
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with significant experience considered
- 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in two or more modules in addition to Payroll
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to guide users and project team members
- Proficiency in creating and editing business processes, custom reports, and dashboards
