Principal Human Experience Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Experience (HX) Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI-ready mental/object models, cross-suite information architecture, and platform patterns for a coherent user experience
• Create end-to-end value stream maps and target state architectures for high-impact user journeys
• Model data, workflows, personas, and events to illustrate interconnections across the platform

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise-scale product experience, systems UX, or platform experience architecture
• Proven design of AI-assisted, context-aware workflows that enhance user experience
• Portfolio demonstrating cross-product information architecture and system-level patterns
• Ability to influence across Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Executive stakeholders
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies, preferably Kaizen/Lean
