Principal IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision for the identity and access management program, the full-time Principal IAM Engineer will design and implement comprehensive IAM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the overall strategy and architecture of the organization's identity and access management program
• Establishes IAM principles, standards, and best practices across identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Designs and implements identity governance solutions to unify fragmented identity systems into a compliant architecture

Required qualifications

• BA with 12+ years of experience in identity and access management or related fields
• Expert-level understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
• Deep experience with enterprise directory services, particularly Active Directory and Okta
• Proven ability to architect IAM solutions in complex, multi-domain environments
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks like PCI DSS and SOC2
