Principal IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision and technical direction of the identity and access management program, the full-time Principal IAM Engineer will design and implement comprehensive IAM solutions in a hybrid work environment, ensuring compliance and security across a complex multi-domain architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the overall strategy and architecture of the organization's identity and access management program
• Establishes IAM principles and best practices, focusing on identity lifecycle management and access governance
• Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory requirements and security objectives

Required qualifications

• BA with 12+ years of experience in identity and access management or related fields
• Expertise in IAM principles, including identity lifecycle management and privileged access management
• Strong understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and LDAP
• Experience with enterprise directory services, particularly Active Directory and Okta
• Proven ability to architect IAM solutions in complex, multi-domain environments
