Principal IAM Security Specialist

Job Summary

To support a high-impact project, the Principal IAM Security Specialist will lead provisioning and access governance efforts across Oracle systems while mentoring team members in a fully remote, 3-month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Lead provisioning and access governance across Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle Access Governance
• Utilize knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to ensure secure access control and identity workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring and upskilling the team on IAM best practices

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in IAM security engineering/administration within enterprise environments
• Deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS, Fusion, and OAG provisioning
• Strong working knowledge of OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) security and identity
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching and cross-training
