Principal I&C Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced professionals, the part-time Principal I&C Engineer will develop engineering deliverables, ensure project success through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and stay updated on industry standards, all while working remotely for approximately 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Create precise engineering deliverables, including drawings and calculations, that exceed industry standards
• Develop engineering documents that meet and surpass client and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design integrated solutions that fulfill diverse project needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, or heavy industrial projects
• Knowledge of digital hardware and software components used in digital I&C systems
• Direct involvement in the digital upgrade life cycle at power plants, including design and testing
• Ability to obtain badging for nuclear facilities and U.S. citizenship for federal services positions
