Principal Identity Governance Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and operational delivery of enterprise IAM capabilities, the full-time Principal Identity Governance Specialist will design and implement scalable identity solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions for various identity types
• Serve as a technical authority for Microsoft Entra ID and related identity protection capabilities
• Lead engineering and automation efforts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related technical disciplines
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Active Directory
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft security/identity certifications are a plus
