Principal Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of tax technology solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles, from scoping and solution design to delivery
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive best practices across engagements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services or similar, with experience in ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions
• Expert-level knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision processes and related ONESOURCE tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience with tax-centric automation tools such as Alteryx or Power Automate
• Familiarity with API-enabled dashboards like Power BI is beneficial
