Principal Incident Responder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Incident Responder to enhance incident response capabilities and conduct forensic investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead incident response engagements, determining root cause analysis and remediation requirements
• Analyze threat data to identify security incidents and escalate as necessary
• Mentor junior team members and manage workflows for incident response processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cyber Defense, specifically in Incident Response and Digital Forensics
• Expert knowledge of malware analysis techniques and cyber investigations across various operating systems
• Experience with industry-standard security toolsets and enterprise IT concepts
• Ability to work independently and provide on-call support during nontraditional hours
