Job Summary
To enhance the Threat Detection & Response team, the full-time Principal Incident Response Analyst will manage digital forensics, incident response, and threat hunting to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information and IT assets in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of security events to determine the nature and severity of incidents
- Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate threats
- Perform forensic investigations and lead threat hunt activities to identify gaps in detection
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of cyber incident response experience in a large and complex environment
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GFCA, GREM, or ECIH
- Expertise with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR
- Strong knowledge of incident response methodologies and common security frameworks like NIST and SANS
- Experience with forensic tools such as Encase, FTK, Axiom, and Cellebrite
