Principal Industrial Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Industrial Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and execution of innovative fitness products from concept to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and UX teams to deliver meaningful products
• Document and operationalize visual design standards and create reusable design assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar design field
• 12+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to ship products
• Proficient in CAD software (Rhino, Pro-E, SolidWorks) and 3D rendering tools (Keyshot or similar)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and design for manufacturing (DFM)
