Principal Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Information Security Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the bank's vulnerability management program
• Define security requirements for new applications and serve as a data security engineer on projects
• Support operational information security responsibilities and provide technical support during audits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus
• Eight+ years of relevant IT work experience
• Expertise in tokenization, cryptography, and application scanning technologies
• Hands-on experience with Javascript, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCloud)
• Industry standard certifications such as CompTIA Security +, ISC2 CISSP preferred
